Aerie - Art and Literary Magazine
Spring 2025 Edition
I am honored to have two of my paintings featured in the Spring 2025 edition of Concordia University Irvine’s Aerie, an Art and Literary Magazine. I am especially thankful that my artwork was chosen to be the cover of this year’s edition.

Something I appreciate about this magazine is how the editors pair each artwork with a creative writing piece. My oil painting “Glade” on page 40 of the publication is paired with a wonderful poem by Britton Cheney. This pairing helps emphasize the warm, autumnal feeling that both my painting and Cheney’s poem represent.
In addition to being featured on the cover of this edition, my oil painting “Reflections on Huntington Lake” is also on page 48. This piece is paired with a poignant poem by Madison Zuñiga. This pairing showcases a tumultuous feeling in both works, particularly in the first half of the poem and the swirling clouds of my painting.
